The old center of Tivoli has some wonderful squares of different historical periods, preserving all the traditions and the history of the city. The most important and panoramic squares are Piazza Palatina, located in the heart of the city, Piazza Garibaldi, with the Founding Fathers Arch designed by Arnaldo Pomodoro, and Piazza Campitelli.

Piazza Campitelli

Piazza Campitelli is an exquisite recently restored public space in the historic city center. From here both the Gothic House and Villa dEste can be easily reached.

Piazza Garibaldi

Piazza Garibaldi is a wide public space close to the Rocca Pia and the Roman amphitheater. It is adorned with the Founding Fathers Arch, designed by Arnaldo Pomodoro.
